The commercial district is located aside the central-axis of the Linyi city. It consists of three storey retail and F&B blocks at the sides of the external and internal commercial streets.

Tackling the issue of low usage rate for the second and third floor that is normally faced by such typology is one of the key objectives. The other design objective is to provide an economical and unifying architectural framework that hosts and allow its tenants for autonomous shop frontage designs.

By shifting the level two and three massing, platforms, corridors, and landscape staircases are created to materialise the idea of double ground floors, vitalising the upper floors. The interweaving circulations of level one and two brings spatial interests and inspires exploration of the whole district.

临沂商业再造位于临沂市中轴线旁。项目由位于商业内外街两旁的三层零售和餐饮的体块组成。

设计要点着重于解决一般商业街区二三层低利用率的痛点，以及如何用经济的建筑框架为不同性质的零售和餐饮提供灵活的自我诠释的平台。

设计通过建筑的体块挪移产生的二层平台，连廊和景观阶梯来实现双首层的规划概念，最大限度盘活整体商业活力。区别于乏味的商业街区，双首层交织的的动线带来了蜿蜒跃动的空间感受，吸引顾客探索商业内街每个角落。
