The Scale is a formal experimentation taking the shell of a mixed-use. The design is not restricted to any specific program combination. It could be a shopping mall at the podium with high-end residential towers or an exhibition center at the podium with hotel and office towers. Holistic design approach is adopted to bring a cohesive design language to the towers, the podium, and the landscape. The architecture  flows smoothly from the vertical peak to the horizontal extent, making the architecture a natural patch to the existing urban fabric.

锦鳞是一场以综合体为功能载体的形式实验。设计没有刻意局限其功能组合，商业裙房加住宅塔楼，又或是会展裙房加酒店塔楼和办公塔楼皆可为其容纳。建筑体块轻盈流动，塔楼，裙房，景观广场一体化设计，自然衔接城市肌理和内部功能。
